What the app is
Trade Alert is a price watching and alert tool. It does not place orders, hold money or give investment advice, and it is not a broker or an investment adviser.
No guarantee
Prices come from your broker or public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Alerts depend on your phone being on, online and allowed to run the app in the background, and on any broker login being current. Alerts can therefore arrive late or not at all. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your trading decisions and for keeping your broker credentials safe. Check prices with your broker before acting on an alert.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cybercodex is not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Third-party services
Brokers, Telegram, Google AdMob and Firebase are provided by their own companies under their own terms.
